PRECIA Proveedor de Precios para Valoración SA, es una entidad vigilada por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia y filial de la Bolsa de Valores de Colombia (BVC). Nuestro objeto social es elaborar e implementar metodologías propias para la valoración de instrumentos financieros incluyendo: renta fija, renta variable, derivados, productos estructurados, empresas no listadas en bolsa y otros. Adicionalmente, ofrecemos servicios de cálculo a demanda como el ajuste por riesgo de crédito CVA –DVA, cálculos de riesgo de mercado, liquidez y crédito. Somos el proveedor líder en Colombia, en donde nuestros principales clientes son bancos, sociedades fiduciarias, fondos de pensiones, corporaciones financieras, sociedades comisionistas de bolsa, aseguradoras, entidades del sector real y entidades públicas, entre otros.

Our methodologies are framed within the concept of fair value for public debt (TP, BEM, TPRAS, TPTBA, TUDES), private debt, financial and non-financial funds (open and closed-end), among others.

2003
The Birth of INFOVAL
The Colombian Stock Exchange established INFOVAL to implement the regulatory framework for portfolio valuation. Since then, it has provided price vendor services based on criteria of objectivity, transparency, professionalism, and continuous analysis.
2013
Evolution to INFOVALMER
Following regulatory advancements, INFOVALMER was born as a new company. New methodologies were developed for international fixed income, equities, OTC derivatives, and structured products, complementing the valuation of local fixed income securities and other assets.

Consolidation as PRECIA
